I founded Citrus Bakery to honor my Mexican Heritage, more importantly to honor the women in my life who have made me who I am. My passion for baking came from my mom, but my Grandma Mela taught me about hard work in the fields while picking citrus oranges. It was because of a small orange that I am reminded every day of her and is my inspiration for the name of my bakery. Citrus Bakery hit close to home and i Hope that when you take a bite out of my creations that you will be inspired.
